COUNSELING

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or sad about facing a difficult situation? Our licensed providers can help you make sense of your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. They will work with you to gain insights, feel more in control, and improve your overall sense of well-being. You will learn coping skills and healthier ways to deal with life’s ups and downs.

ADVOCACY

Have you been tricked or coerced into something that you are uncomfortable with? Maybe you feel like you have been deceived or isolated? Do you feel like you can't escape? Our team can help you make sense of what is going on in your life, give you resources and support to enhance your safety, and tools to prevent further exploitation.

Our Approach

"Person-centered" is an approach where the focus is on the individual’s unique needs, feelings, and goals. Our team prioritizes what’s important for the individual rather than following a strict set of rules or steps.
We listen without judgment, respect the individual’s experiences, and support them in finding their own answers. This approach is based on the belief that each person is the expert on their own life and has the potential to grow, make choices, and solve their own problems with guidance.
Our role is to create a safe, trusting environment that allows the person to explore their thoughts and feelings openly.
